API Technical Support

For technical support questions and/or issues related to the use of TE Product Data APIs, we have an email-based support process to help you get timely resolution. For non-technical questions, please read the API Non-Technical Support section below.

The TE support team will respond to technical support tickets within the next business day, Monday-Friday.

Please send an email to api-support@te.com for API related technical support with the following details:

  • Your contact email address, availability, and contact phone # (optional)
  • Your company name and application name
  • The API endpoint the client application used
  • The full client request sent to the API (request headers and body)
  • The full response received from the API (response headers and body)
  • Describe the problem in detail and any error message you received
  • Provide the steps to reproduce the problem

** Please note, TE API support team will not provide code review, nor will the team provide code solutions.
